Simple, healthful, and yummy.
2 cups sliced Persian cucumbers
3-4 tablespoons Trader Joe’s cranberry gorgonzala salad dressing
3 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
2 thinly sliced red endives
6 green Greek olives, sliced
2 tablespoons grated purple onions
Mix together. Enjoy!
